Outstanding service. Old school , trustworthy. I have already recommended to several friends. Wish I’d found them sooner. And may I add they are all super nice. Reasonably priced and great work 5⭐️

For 13 years Dave’s Garage has cared for my family’s vehicles (VW, Mini, Subaru, Toyota). The level of expertise, professionalism, and service at Dave’s has been consistently superior. I have especially valued clear explanations, ranking of levels of importance when several repair needs have been found, thoughtful guidance as my vehicles have aged, rides to and fro during the work, and gracious use of a loaner vehicle at times. When an urgent repair need arose in another state, I received a referral to a shop from Dave’s, demonstrating Dave’s Garage’s true community spirit. In short, the high level of customer service at Dave’s is unparalleled.

Going to Dave’s Garage feels like seeing a friend you haven’t met up with in a while.😊 Obviously I don’t want anything to be seriously wrong with my vehicle … but the team at Dave’s Garage makes me feel like family. They’re energetic and courteous. They answer my questions and they make sure I can get back in my vehicle feeling safe and confident. When I call to schedule an appointment, I always start out the conversation with “apparently my vehicle and I missed you and we’re supposed to hang out” 🤣

The folks at Dave’s garage are courteous, professional, and above all, honest. I had taken my vehicle to them for a front brake replacement after being informed by a local dealership during an oil change that their tech had determined during a “safety check” the brake pads were less than 3mm in thickness. The Subie tech at Dave’s looked at the pads and told me they were actually good for another 12-15k miles. Dave’s charged only for a break inspection $35.00).

First time visit. Wanted to find a good service center in my home town which doesn't have a dealership for my make car. Easy process to get appointment. Very nice/comfy waiting area. Water and coffee provided. Took around an hour to do my oil change - about what I'd expect. Very clean. Very professional. Loved that when a little old lady came in out of the blue worried because her dash had a service warning light, they sent someone out to tend to it right away and sent her happily on her way free of charge. When an established customer called with what could have been a serious issue they told him to bring the car in immediately and fit him in. The way both of those situations were handled speaks well to the kind of business this is. I've only had an oil change so far, but i certainly recommend.
